You are never billed for this service
You will not be billed by this site, ever. The call is free, the connection is free, and the price of the job is a matter for you and the contractor you choose.
Local, and licensed for the work
You reach an independent local contractor, licensed for the trade and insured, who covers San Francisco. Checking that license and that insurance before work begins is the homeowner’s job, and a good contractor makes it easy.
One call fixes a bad match
A contractor who misses the appointment or rubs you the wrong way is a reason to call back, not to give up. Ask for a different one; it costs nothing and nobody will argue.
The honest limit of all of this
To be plain: nothing here warrants or guarantees work performed by any contractor. They are independent, the agreement is yours with them, and the guarantee you can rely on is the one they put in writing.
